What every package covers

  • Your size is set from the total area we clear (driveway, walkways, sidewalk, steps) — measured by our satellite assessment and verified by staff, never chosen by you.
  • Public sidewalk clearing covers the sidewalk along your property frontage only.
  • Snow is piled on your property where space allows; snow hauling is not included.
  • Parked vehicles, ice dams and roofs are not cleared. Visit timing depends on snowfall and route order; overnight completion is not guaranteed.
